Jose's journey began as an immigrant from Central America to the United States in his early childhood. From a young age, he had a fascination with the Air Force, a dream momentarily set aside but later rekindled as a promising opportunity. Fueling his childhood passion, Jose enlisted and embarked on a 20+ year career in the Air Force.

Growing up, he found solace and inspiration in books with quotes from celebrated leaders. He loved sharing those lessons with friends to help them in their life journey. This love for wisdom led him to compile his own treasure trove of lessons gleaned from other leaders he met along the way. In his book, 'Beyond the Ranks, ' Jose shares these invaluable insights, offering a unique perspective forged through a lifetime of dedication and service.
