The drawings in this coloring book have been created by multiple talented Kansas City artists celebrating the public art of the KC Metro Area. With drawings both realistic and abstract, complex and simple, this collection will be especially fun and challenging for more mature colorists. Each drawing is accompanied by information about the fountain shown, including location, history and interesting stories. The book is designed to encourage creativity, exploration, and discovery of these treasures and the tales they tell.

It has been produced by the nonprofit organization, the City of Fountains Foundation, in celebration of its 50^th anniversary in 2023. Proceeds from the sale of this book will support the Foundation's work to promote and advocate for public fountains, sculptures and monuments in the Kansas City area.
