Many great names are etched on the scroll of Fresno County's history with far-reaching impacts, including Major John Savage, James Porteous, Frank Dusy, Dr. Lewis Leach, Chester Rowell, Henry Miller, William Faymonville, Jefferson James, and M. Theo Kearney.


Originally published in serial form in the Fresno Guide Newspaper from 1963 to 1965, this collection is being published as a book posthumously.
