'journey' - One woman's decades long journey through grief to spiritual enlightenment.

Journey is a book that could only be written after living life after suffering a profound loss. It openly and frankly tells the story of the feelings, thoughts and rather extraordinary experiences of a mother going through nearly 3 decades of grief after the death of her 13 year old daughter. The author lays bare how it felt over different time intervals and tells the stories of communication with her daughter that contributed substantially to her own spiritual enlightenment. Thus, it is also the story of her own spiritual growth and understanding of her own purpose here on Earth.

As a professional neuropsychologist, Dr. Boucugnani-Whitehead also wanted to let other professionals know what it really feels like, what helps, and more importantly what doesn't help as they try to aid.
