Lidia Martín Torralba es psicóloga, comunicadora y escritora de origen español. Es licenciada en Psicología por la Universidad de Málaga, y Máster en Psicología Clínica y de la Salud por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Fue galardonada por la elaboración de una guía didáctica sobre el libro El caballero de la armadura oxidada, recibiendo el premio "Exprime y Comprime 2009". Es autora de diferentes libros, en su mayoría enfocados a su profesión. Entre ellos: Primeros Auxilios Psicológicos (2009); Las crisis (2011); La personalidad resiliente; Cómo educar adolescentes sin morir en el intento, ambos del 2012. Ejerce como presidenta y fundadora de un proyecto de capacitación y formación bajo el sello de la Asociación PREVVIA-Prevención & Desarrollo. En el campo de la docencia, ha destacado por Cursos dados en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Dentro de sus motores para llevar a cabo su trabajo encontramos su fe y ferviente confianza en la soberanía de Dios. Enfoca parte de su carrera en colaborar con grupos que comparten esta cosmovisión, logrando unir de manera admirable la psicología con la fe.
