Larsen, Lindsey: - Lindsey Larsen earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University in 2007 and practiced in a variety of settings. After her older daughter suffered a large stroke resulting in a variety of medical complications and disabilities, she shifted gears. Lindsey is now a mother to two amazing daughters, a military spouse, and an author. Using her knowledge and training as an occupational therapist and her passion for education, she started homeschooling her children, supporting caregivers for children with disabilities, and writing. Through her writing, she nurtures meaningful conversations between children and adults, and encourages positive interactions among individuals of all abilities.
