Dr. Quaneck R. Walkes is a native of Sumter, South Carolina. Dr. Walkes is a Certified Parent Instructor and IT Professional. She graduated with honors from Argosy University, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and Benedict College. Dr. Walkes has over 12 years of experience as an experienced educator. She is an experienced parent in multiple parenting styles that include but not limited to: a biological parent, co-parent, stepparent, married parent, divorced parent, foster parent, godparent, homeschool parent, child advocate. Dr. Walkes has experience as a poet, motivational speaker, college mentor, after-school program mentor, Information Technology college and university instructor, author, tutor for various professional disciples that include but not limited to computer science, programming, marketing, technical and business writing, literacy and career change, K-5 paraprofessional, technology trainer, elementary PTA vice president, Graduate Teaching Assistant, corporate technical writer, technology solutions administrator and web designer. She is available for family behavioral modification, parenting plans, family mediation, consultations and for speaking engagements at your organization or church as it relates to families and technology.
