Sammy and Me is a book that addresses the difficult subject of losing a loved one, and the healing that can follow. It is told from the perspective of an older sister who thinks back on her younger brother's life, remembering all of the special things he loved to do. She tells how sad it felt to lose him and how she comes to terms with the loss. She realizes that their love for each other will never end and that he will always be with her because he is in her heart.
