The window shattered as Larry hopped in. "I heard screaming, is everybody okay? Don't do any opera without me!" Larry took a deep breath and started singing. "Ho bisogno di nuove unghie dei piedi!"

"No, we're okay!"

"THE WINDOW!" Gordon screamed.

Larry crouched down on the floor and picked up a glass shard. "Spicy candy!"

"That's not candy- oh, you already ate it."

"When I was young, this was the only candy I got- AHHH! SPICY!"

"THAT'S NOT SPICE, IT'S YOUR TONGUE GETTING STABBED!"

Larry swallowed the glass. "Blood is good for opera singing, because it moisturizes your throat without you having to drink any water!"

"If... if that's what you want." Kitty went back into bed, while Gordon tried to glue the window back together.

Two years after Dog leaves to venture into the portal, life is going pretty good for Kitty. She lives in a nice, small cabin with her family. But as always, things start getting crazy when Daniel comes to visit. He meets a strange girl who offers to help him look for Dog, and he thinks that they'll be in and out of the portal quickly, then come back heroes after finding him. Meanwhile, Kitty struggles with the possibility that Daniel has died, and it doesn't help that the Master keeps bothering her about some "being of unimaginable strength that could end the whole world."
