Dr. Luis A. Rosado is the Founding Director of the Center for Bilingual and ESL Education in the College of Education at The University of Texas at Arlington. He is an award-winning author and scholar in the areas of pedagogy and professional responsibilities, parental involvement in schooling, cross-cultural communication, preparation for Texas teacher certification exams, and Spanish for bilingual teachers.
