O'Brien, Jack: - Jack O'Brien retired a few years ago after spending more than fifty years in entertainment and advertising. His first book, The Roundabout Way, is a collection of short stories about fictional residents of the Villages, Florida. It remains a best-seller in The Villages' bookstores and is available on Amazon (KDP). Jack is also an artist. He was juried into membership in the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh as a stone and ceramic sculptor, and for his oil and acrylic painting.Jack and his wife Pam, a published poet and retired professor emeritus of English from Pitt, moved to Florida in 2018 from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They have three children and three grandchildren.
