Tormenta Cubano stood for justice and peace, even among the war-torn sectors brought on by the Missile crisis of 1962. However, you will find him nowhere in the history books.

Fight with Tormenta Cubano as he looks to defeat the dangerous Col. Lins, who is attempting to dissect and destroy him. For within his blood, powers of the Cuban elements rage as they bring forth new abilities. Tormenta Cubano gains allies along the way like Roxanne and his sidekick Loca Manzana, while Col. Lins remains on the run with Tormenta Cubano's son. In this fight between good and evil, you will be taken on a journey through the streets of Cuba as Esteban Morales becomes the one and only Tormenta Cubano.
