The benevolent ruler Tamayus rules the great city of Dakibor with much praise, purging crime with his giant new prison. But somewhere in the city, a resistance against the ruler brews, as they discover the monstrous activities behind those prison walls. While that grow, so does the hatred of a lone street boy, Virano Tavadir, and now he puts all his ambition to bring down the supposed benevolent ruler and the prison.
