A beautiful Israeli Intelligence agent named Clara Abbyad is in trouble.

Halfway around the world Paul Tobin is restless for action after the horrendous deadly Mexican mission which took the life of his father, the inimitable Colonel Matt Tobin. And now Colonel Tobin's famous Private Army is no more. Only a few widely scattered survivors remain, still in touch with Paul and yet peacefully marking their time when the call perhaps may come again.

Upon learning of Clara's danger and remembering his Sinai tryst with her well, Paul Tobin is en route to Cambodia, along with Rick Meyers and Cass Fragonard joining him from London and Australia.

Meanwhile, an ex-American Major now turned mercenary named Garonsky has stolen a highly sophisticated U.S. missile and wishes to sell his prize to the highest bidder. Every military leader in South East Asia is eager to find Garonsky and his missile. This super weapon could very easily change the balance of power in this part of the world.

When both Garonsky and Clara fall into the hands of a sadistic Cambodian general, Quong Trek, Paul Tobin's one last mission objective has become two. And which one is his priority is quite clear.
